Power Flow

If you like a strong practice, we have it for you. This dynamic Vinyasa style class synchronizes movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses. Power Flow classes are suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered throughout the class to support beginner students.

Strong Flow

Our strong flow is designed with longer holds, balance poses and mobility while incorporating optimal breathing techniques. you will begin with a warm up to allow you to connect with your breath and align your mind & body.You will go through a flow with longer & stronger holds, really breathing into and feeling each movement. Your balance will be challenged as you clear your mind and let your breath be your guide. As everyone is on their own wellness journey variations on each pose will be offered so you can challenge yourself by listening to your body. Slowing down with some strong floor work & with a deep stretch will then lead you into Savanna where you’ll spend a moment allowing all thoughts to drop away and notice the lengthening of your inhale & deepening of your exhale as the energy you create within the class flows freely through your body.You will leave feeling calm & relaxed yet strong and aware.

Slow Flow

Our Slow Flow classes are slower paced and gentler than our Power Flow classes. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

Vin to Yin

A unique blend of two of our favourite classes. You’ll begin with 30 mins of a gentle flow to linger in longer holds followed by 30mins of a relaxing Restorative Yin practise. The best of both worlds.

Yin

Find stillness with our Yin Yoga classes. They are a slow-paced and calming style of yoga. Poses are held for longer periods of time with a focus on floor-based postures. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) to help improve flexibility and create the feeling of space and freedom in your body. You will leave feeling amazing! These classes are suitable for all levels and are a perfect complement to our more ‘yang’ vinyasa flow and fitness classes.

Soulful Sundays

Restore your body and mind and explore the connection between in this amazing class. Dive into deep relaxation with breath work, movement, meditation, yin yoga and sweet sounds all fused into one experience for the mind, body and soul.

Bro Flow

Let’s call it “Bro Flow”….a yoga class designed for men, whether it’s your first time and you’re wondering what all this yoga business is about, and looking for an easy going environment to give it a try, or you’re a regular who wants to practise with like minded guys – this is the class for you! All experience welcome.

Ryoho

A more align style or Japanese yoga as it’s also known that combines traditional yoga postures with movements designed to activate certain meridians / energy channels, thus it can be tailored to focus on different parts and/or functions of the body/mind. The perfect balance of Yin & Yang with the 5 x element theory. It promotes Life Force and offers profound health benefits. It will make you feel strong and experience a true sense of well being from the inside out.

Aerial

Come and practice yoga poses while being elevated above the earth and hanging from the sky. We combine air asanas with heart-rate elevating intervals to ensure you get a workout, spinal release and rush from being upside down all at once! You’ll learn new tricks while also getting a deep stretch.

Tween & Teen Aerial

8-13yr olds term classes helping your kids learn to develop strength & flexibility wrapped in the fun of our aerial hammocks.

Meditation

30 min guided mindful meditation to clear your mind and calm your body. End your hump day with a guided mindful meditation to clear your mind and calm your body.

Mindfulness

Let’s take a minute to set our intentions for the week ahead. Starting with a short breath work sequence, each week we will touch on a different aspect of the theories behind yoga and how we can incorporate them into our every day life. We’ll focus on one asana each week and learn about the metaphysical as well as the physical benefits. And finishing with a moment of zen where our mind, body & soul become one.

Mindful Minis

Weekly workshops for 6-9yr olds incorporating yoga, movement, meditation & basic breath-work. Followed by mindful craft activities including beading, origami, memory games plus lots more. We will keep your Mindful Mini’s mind & bodies active while learning to be mindful and content in their own skin. NB These workshops run with the school term. * If you don’t wish to have your child appear on Luxe Social media (only relating to Mindful Mini’s workshops) pls let us know or else we will assume that we have permission. End your hump day with a guided mindful meditation to clear your mind and calm your body.

Barre

A ballet-inspired workout that combines movements that enhance balance, flexibility and challenge muscles you didn’t know you had.  Experience the low impact yet challenging short bursts of high intensity mixed with your traditional barre class for a full body workout. Get ready to sweat! Grip socks are required for this class.

Pilates

If you are thinking mat Pilates isn’t exciting enough….think again! A core engaging class with variation and mindful muscle connection that focuses on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. Set to awesome tunes, it’s a party atmosphere as you strengthen your core, improve flexibility, develop better balance and increase fitness. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Sculpt

Join us in this 45min blast to tone and sculpt your muscles. A fast-paced and fun workout to great tunes.

Sweat

HIIT & ride

For the days when you need to work something out of your system.

Ride

A traditional spin class where you’ll increase your cardiovascular fitness in just 45 minutes. With sprints, interval training and hill climbs, you’ll be sure to work up a sweat while listening to epic tunes.

Strength & Define

Get ready to sweat, sculpt and define those muscles. A strength-based full body circuit workout designed to hit all the major muscle groups. All exercises can be modified to suit all levels.

Melt & Burn

The ultimate sweat! Tone your muscles and melt body fat fast in this high-intensity interval workout with minimal rest. A circuit class with a mix of strength and conditioning stations. Available for all fitness levels, each exercise can be modified to suit.

Rhythm Ride

Rhythm ride isn’t your run of the mill spin class. As soon as you arrive you can feel the magic that is about to happen. With a neon-lit room splashed with inspirational quotes across the walls and music that speaks to your soul, the experience is like nothing else on the Northern Beaches. Our 45-minute cycling class features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and rhythm-based choreography where we ride to the beat. It’s so much more than just a workout, it’s a powerful mind-body experience.

Legs, Bums and Tums

The perfect combination of conditioning and flow. A strength class based on yoga poses with a focus on core, arms and glutes. This class combines bodyweight exercises with a relaxing stretch at the end. It will leave you feeling stronger, energized and flexible. Here’s some handy advice for your first visit: Arrive 10 minutes early, to check in for your class. Bring a towel and water bottle to all classes. Please bring a yoga mat to all studio classes. Grip socks are required for barre classes. You can bring your own or we have some for purchase. We have showers, changing rooms, and bathrooms available for your use. Entry into class is not permitted once the class has started Our teachers are more than happy to modify movements to your ability. Please let the teachers know if you are pregnant or have any injuries before class. If you need to cancel your spot in class, please ensure you do so prior to the late cancellation fee period of one hour.

Before you come

Your first visit

• Arrive 10 minutes early so we can check you in.
• Bring a towel and water bottle to every class, and a mat for studio classes. Grip socks are required for barre — you can buy a pair at reception.
• Showers, change rooms and bathrooms are all here for you.
• Entry isn’t permitted once a class has started.
• Tell your teacher before class if you’re pregnant or carrying an injury. They’ll happily modify anything.
• Need to cancel? Do it more than an hour before class starts to avoid the late-cancellation fee.
