Luxe is more than just a yoga studio – step inside to discover a leafy oasis in the heart of Brookvale Arts District. Our plush space is fully furnished with a bougie, beach vibe full of sofas, lounges and hanging chairs. It’s a comfortable place to unwind after class, enjoy a coffee from the Budaboi Kiosk and take advantage of the free-WIFI to get some work done or catch up on your socials.
You can eithger hire the studio and the lounge space if you have a workshop that requires a breakout & connection space afterwards or if you’d like a class as part of your event or the studio can be closed off and you just take the lounge space.
Studio capacity is up to 30pax on mats or 50 with cushions.
Zen lounge can fit up to 80 x people standing in and outdoors.
Our space is also available for all your events needs.

We’re more than happy to discuss tailoring the perfect event for you.
STUDIO HIRE
- $100 per hour.
- Minimum 3 hours on weekends/ 2 hours weekdays.

LOUNGE HIRE
- Lounge space venue hire 3 hours = $350
- including set up and wrap time
- $80 per hour thereafter
- 8 hours capped at $700
- +cleaning fee(we can provide this service – cost to be quoted per case basis).
- *$500 bond required will be returned after inspection
- You’re welcome to BYO food, but no other external catering permitted.
BUDABOI KIOSK CATERING
- Our Chef Aldo can cater your event right from here onsite.
- We have extensive menu options available or open to discuss anything specific you have in mind.
